As reported by PWPIX.net earlier this week, TNA Wrestling are apparantly planning to let go three of their female wrestlers;

In case you haven't noticed, two TNA wrestlers besides Jacqueline and Kip James are no longer being used — Roxxi and Rhaka Khan. You can add them to "not being brought back" pile. All four of their contracts are set to expire soon and TNA officials have reportedly decided against renewing all of them.

Since we heard the report that Roxxi and Rhaka had a bust up backstage the pair haven't been on TV - the commentators or other Knockouts haven't even mentioned the pair of Knockouts. If it's true then it's quite sad that Roxxi is being let go, I may not have liked her that much but she really brought something different to TNA and was a really good wrestler; unlike Rhaka Khan, who had a really unique gimmick and style, but she couldn't act, wrestle and she wasn't very good on the mic. What are your thoughts?

We all need to come together for the sake of Trisha from OhSoDivalicious right now, as her favourite superstar in the whole wild word has just been released of his WWE contract. That's right ladies and gentlemen, Trisha's one true love Manu has been released. Our thoughts are with you at this tough time Trisha! This certainly is NOT fan-dabby-dastic!

World Wrestling Entertainment recently announced that they'd be laying off approximately 10% of their staff. Redundancies are expected to continue over the weekend as employees in all areas of the WWE's global operations fall victim to the credit crunch. It's being reported on several websites that the company plan to release several talents as part of this cost-saving initiative. -[Redhotdivas.com]

Already WWE have released a referee, Bam Neely and D'Lo Brown, so let's hope that NONE of our current WWE Divas [apart from Maria] are giving the pink slip! This is the first time in a long while WWE have finally got the women's division and the competitors right, I'd hate it if we were to have a repeat of the 2004/2005 Diva releases where WWE ridded some of the most talented Divas such as Nidia, Jazz and Dawn Marie.

Unfortunately WWE has released one of mine and Marcella's faves, Lena Yada.

World Wrestling Entertainment has come to terms on the release of SmackDown Superstar Kenny Dykstra and ECW's Elijah Burke and Lena Yada as of Nov. 10, 2008. WWE wishes them the best in all future endeavors.

This could be the first of a few Diva releases, oddly I can see Natalya or Tiffany being released. Let's hope not! OR was Lena release because of Gail Kim's signing with the company. Obviously there's not enough room for both 'Asian Sensations' in the WWE.

The rumours are true that Shelly Martinez, known as Salinas, has parted ways with TNA. She posted this myspace blog entitled "Changes" explaining her depature;

Anywho, this blog is about choices. Sometimes in life you find yourself saying "I have no choice" and you follow your heart even if it seems at the time your heart may be breaking when you do follow your heart and commit to it. I made a big decision recently and when it is time to talk about it I promise I will have a follow up blog explaining. I care about all my fans and appreciate your support. On a good note, when you find it's time to close a door another door (weather you looking or not) opens right up and I've peaked inside and decided to open it and walk right in LOL

Starting tomorrow I will be begin to film an Italian inspired thriller. I had rehearsal yesterday and my costar and I have great chemistry together so it will be grand!! YAY!! I am working on having my camera guy shoot some behind the scene for my new site!! Yes, I am disappointed to lose something important to me for this role but at the same time change, scary change, always seems to lead to bigger and better things. I will keep you all posted, until then remember no matter what 5150 LAX por vida!!!!

WWE are one Diva down today as they have released SmackDown!'s Cherry;;

World Wrestling Entertainment has come to terms on the release of ECW Superstars Stevie Richards and Colin Delaney, Raw tag team Robbie & Rory of The Highlanders, SmackDown Diva Cherry, and WWE referee Wes Adams as of Aug. 15, 2008. WWE wishes them the best in all their future endeavors.

This release has come as a total shock to me! I thought every Diva on the roster was safe from being released, but apparently not. They've even took her off of the Summer Skin page and replaced her with 'The Best Of'. Maybe she'll go to TNA? Whatever she does, I'd like to wish her the best of luck!

It's been confirmed that the 2005 Diva Search Winner, WWE RAW Diva, Ashley Massaro, has been released by the WWE. Despite what I thought of her, I'd like to wish Ashley good luck in whatever she does now and for her daughter too. So, despite all the speculation of her myspace blog, WWE posted this statement on their website:
